Bejeezus (formerly Bee Jizz) is a band brought together to demonstrate that an acoustic ensemble can be just as uplifting and dance-provoking, and able to change the impression we had up until now about that type of bands. Thodoris, Yiannis, Christos and Antonis have covered many well-known songs in a way that no one could ever imagine, and cordially invite us to share the dance moves we only dare to try in front of our mirrors! Dance music, psychotherapy and swag generously offered in a live show full of surprises.
Thodoris Mavrogiorgis has been a professional musician since 1998. He is a founding member of the “Wedding Singers”, with whom he won the Jumping Fish contest by Cosmote and are currently recording their first album. Despite being a musician, Christos Alexakis, another member of the “Wedding Singers”, is also part of the “Bee Jizz”, and has been active as a performer and arranger-producer since the end of the 90's in crossover projects, having worked with a wide range of Greek and foreign artists. For the last ten years, Yiannis Vogiantzis has been performing with the progressive rock band “Need”, with whom he’s held concerts in Europe and the U.S.A., and has released 3 full length albums. Antonis Hatzikonstantis is also a member of the “Need”, and in the last 2 years he has also joined the R&B bands “Suit ‘Em Up” and Bee Jizz. His extensive studies in music have been an enabler for adding multiple performances and collaborations to his record.
